பாட்டரி கம்பெனியுடன் ஒரு தர்ம யுத்தம் !

முன் பதிவில் குறிப்பிட்டபடி TEDA -வின் சோலார் பிரிவின் துணை பொது மேலாளருக்கு மெயில் அனுப்பியுள்ளேன் பதில் கிடைக்கவில்லை. இதற்கிடையில், HBL பாட்டரி கம்பெனி நமக்கு தேவையான எல்லா சாதனங்களையும்  உற்பத்தி செய்வதை கூகுல் ஆண்டவர் உதவியுடன் இணையத்தில் மேய்ந்த பொழுது அறிய முடிந்தது. அவர்களின் பிராந்திய அலுவலகம் சென்னையில் இருக்கிறது. அவர்களின் இ-மெயில் முகவரிக்கு தகவல் கேட்டு ஒரு மெயில் அனுப்பினேன். அந்த மெயிலின் நகலை கீழே கொடுத்துள்ளேன்.

 நானும் பொறுமையாக 20-ம் தேதிகாலை வரையில் இருந்தேன். அதற்குமேல் சும்மா இருக்க முடியவில்லை. அவர்களின் அலுவலகத்தை தொலைபேசியில் தொடர்பு கொண்ட பொழுது, குண்டை தூக்கி தலையில் போட்டார்கள். மேற்படி இ-மெயில் முகவரியை யாரும் உபயோகிக்கவில்லை என்றார்கள். அப்படி என்றால் ஏன் அதை உங்கள் கம்பெனி வெப்சைட்டில் போட்டிருக்கிறீர்கள்? என கேட்டதற்கு பதில் மவுனம்தான். எரிச்சலில் கீழ் கண்ட மெயிலை தலைமை அலுவலகத்திற்கு அனுப்பினேன். பாருங்கள்.

எனது மெயிலை அவர்கள் பார்வேர்டு செய்திருக்கிறார்கள். அதன் பின் தனிநபர் பெயரில் உள்ள மெயில் ஐடி-யிலிருந்து ஒரு மெயில் வந்தது. அதையும் அதற்கு பின் நடைபெற்ற மெயில் தொடர்புகளையும் கீழே கொடுத்துள்ளேன்.

I cant understand your procedure. I have got more than 25 years experience as contractor & consultant in electrical field. I know very well business procedure. List price means, the maximum price ie MRP for the product and will be supplied to the party with out any question. If the party is a dealer or supplier or contractor, some % discount will be given depends upon the quantity of the order placed. 

In my case, I have asked only the list price for your product.

All the items mentioned in my e-mail is for solar power system application.

Which area your business is & we have only DP price list. MRP is 40% on the dp & what is the problem in revealing your identity. Without your business details we don't have the habit of throughing the pricelist just like that, HBL policy is different & unique. It shouldn't effect the existing dealer.

Dear sir,
During phone conersation you have told me that the MRP of your product will not be given to the end user. As per per law in each & every product must be labelled with MRP & Date of manufacturing. Also you have told me if you give it to the consumer or end user , it will affect your existing dealers. That means your dealers are selling your product over the MRP  and you are supporting your dealers for their illegal practice by not giving MRP to the end user.

Just like giving affidavit you have mailed me with the same content as"HBL policy don't allow to reveal the prices to end user"

As your company policy is against the law, I have to file a consumer case in District Consumer Court against you and your company. I will send legal notice to both of you tomorrow by e-mail

கடைசியாக சீன்-க்கு புதிதாக ஒரு நபர் வந்திருக்கிறார். "மறுபடியும் ஆரம்பத்திலே இருந்தா?" என சினிமாவில் வடிவேலு அலறுவதை போல அலறிய நான் இவருக்கு பதில் அனுப்பவில்லை.

நுகர்வோர் வழக்கு தொடர முதலில் அவர்களுக்கு ஒரு நோட்டீஸ் அனுப்ப வேண்டும். அதற்கு கம்பெனியின் தலைமை அதிகாரி மற்றும் பிராந்திய அலுவலகத்தின் தலைமை அதிகாரியின் பதவியின் பெயர் தேவை. இதை கேட்பதற்காக  பிராந்திய அலுவலகத்தை தொடர்பு கொண்ட பொழுது, எதற்காக இந்த விபரம் தேவை என கேட்டார்கள். " உங்கள் விஷயத்தை டீல் செய்தவர் வேலையை ரிஸைன் செய்துவிட்டார்" என கூறியவர் நான் கேட்ட தகவலை தராமலே போனை கட் பண்ணி விட்டார்.

    டென்சன்ல இருக்கிங்க போல. நீங்க ஆருக்கு காசு கொடுத்திங்களோ அவிக மேலயே வழக்கு தொடரலாம். காசு கொடுத்ததற்கான ஆதாரம் மற்றும் இந்த மெயில்களின் ஸ்க்ரீன் ஷாட் மற்றும் ப்ரிண்டபிள் வெர்சன் ப்ரிண்ட் அவுட் இருந்தா போதும் டவுசரை களட்டிரலாம்.

    இருந்தாலும் உபரியா According to Consumers Act 1987 என்ற தலைப்புடன் நீங்க காசு கொடுத்த நபருக்கு மெயில் / பதிவு தபால் அனுப்பிருங்க .அதற்கான ஆதாரங்களையும் சேர்த்துருங்க. ஷாட் கட் பண்ணா கன்ஸ்யூமர்ஸ் ஃபோரத்துல இருக்கனும்.ஆமாம் சொல்ட்டன்.

    First of all my hearty congratulations and full support to your act.
    Second of all i would like to share my experience on this.
    i was reading all your posts and tried to contact one Solar energy service provider ( Mahalakshmi traders, they frequently give ads in dinamalar)
    their quotation for 1 KW is around 2.15 lakhs out of which 60 thousand is a government subsidy.
    But still they are not able to show me a single Home user as their successful home installation.

    ROI on the above one seems to be like after 15 years.

    Anyways unelss govt gives atleast 50% subsidy , it seems very difficult for a middle class man to get done this .
    Once again i pray god to give you a wonderful health , because you are our saviour and warrier.

  11. என் கணிப்பு படி 1KW 1,25,000 -லிருந்து 1,30,000 வரைதான் செலவு வரும். ஆனால் இது இன்னும் பரவலாக எல்லோராலும் உபயோகப்படுத்தப்படாததால் பொருட்களின் விலை பொதுமக்களுக்கு தெரியாது என்பதாலும்,அரசு மானியம் உண்டு என்பதாலும் இந்த சப்ளையர்கள் இருமடங்கு ரேட் வைத்துள்ளனர். அரசு மானியம் ஒரு வாட்டுக்கு 81 ரூபாய். 1000 வட்டுக்கு 81,000 ரூபாய் கிடைக்கும். உங்களுடைய டீலர் சொன்னது தவறு. நீங்கள் எந்த ஊரில் இருக்கிறீர்கள்? அதை சொல்லுங்கள்.
